European Researchers Night 2016 rocks 13 Bulgarian Cities!

Forum Democrit is part of the Consortium to implement the European Researchers Night in Bulgaria! The project has been funded by the European Commission under HORIZON 2020 in the framework of the Marie Sklodowska Curie actions.

 

23 – 27 July 2016:

Forum Democrit and Partners from the MA.R.CH. Consortium successfully took part in European Science Open Forum 2016 in Manchester.

 

15 June 2016:

Forum Democrit will help with the distribution of information of the activities of EU Space Awareness project (www.space-awareness.org). The international project is targeting children and teenagers all over Europe providing them with information on space-related subjects. The Dissemination Node for Bulgaria is coordinated by the Municipal center for extracurricular activities – Baykal. Forum Democrit will help with its network to suppoert and further increase the impact of the Project.

EU Space Awareness is funded by the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 Program under grant agreement number 638653.

 

10 June 2016:

Up ro 30 May 2016 Forum Democrit has successfully implemented a number of planned activities of the MA.R.CH. project and reached more than 170 teachers and 2100 students in 9 MA.R.CH. Pilots. Three MA.R.CH. pilots were realized in Bulgaria in the month of May alone, reaching more than 270 students.Read more about MA.R.CH. activities, implemented by Forum Democrit, here: http://democrit.com/category/ma-r-ch/

01 February 2016:

During 23 and 24 of January 2016 Forum Democrit successfully implemented EUSP (European Student Parliament) 2016 in Sofia. The project is part of a pan-european round of parliaments, coordinated by Wissenschaft im Dialog (NGO). In 2016 the financial support of the project is supplied by The Robert Bosch Foundation and the Bayer Science and Education Foundation.
